How do I place an order for a customised theme?

Looking for a theme you can’t find or would like to personalise your pack with your child’s name? We would love to collaborate with you to create a pack that brings your vision to life! Please send us a message through our contact page, and we will respond at our earliest availability.

When will my order arrive?

As our business is print-on-demand, we require 3 to 4 weeks to deliver orders from our online store. If you have ordered a personalised pack, orders will take 4 to 5 weeks to design, print and deliver.

If your party falls before this time frame, we may arrange express shipping; however, shipping costs will differ. If you are interested in express shipping, please contact us to discuss prices on our contact page.

Do you ship outside of Australia?

Currently, Bees Party Packs are delivering packs nationwide, with the view to expanding overseas in the future.

Can I update or make changes to my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss any requests. We place our orders for printing as soon as we receive them to ensure they are ready in time.
