These terms and conditions (Terms) apply to the purchase of goods marked on our website.

These Terms apply in conjunction with our Privacy Policy. In the event of inconsistency, these Terms apply.

References to 'us' and ‘we’ mean Bees Party Packs ABN 60 418 039 253, and references to 'you' mean you, the consumer.

By placing an order, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

Purchase Price

All prices quoted on the Website or according to your enquiry with us are in Australian Dollars. We reserve the right to vary the prices displayed on the Website from time to time and without notice to you. We do not have a price-matching policy.

Payment

We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, Afterpay, and Bank Deposit. Payment via Bank Deposit must be made within 2 business days; otherwise, orders will be cancelled. Regardless of your payment method, you will receive a transaction confirmation email confirming receipt of your order.

Promotions

From time to time, we run promotions where product discounts may be issued. Promotions apply to the cart value, product or category stated, excluding any shipping fees.

Free shipping promotions are for Regular Shipping only and are not valid for Express Shipping unless otherwise stated.

Special offers or promotional price reductions cannot apply to pre-existing orders.

Prices are as reflected on our website, and stock is subject to print-on-demand.

Additional terms and conditions may apply for individual promotions.

Delivery

Delivery times may vary, and any estimates provided are subject to stock availability and delays which are beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to postal delays and force majeure events).

You must ensure there is clear and safe access for delivery. Please ensure there is a person present at the delivery premises who is authorised by you to accept delivery. If there is not, we will endeavour to deliver the goods anyway (if we consider it is safe and appropriate to do so).

No returns for Change of Mind

Due to the nature of your orders, Bees Party Packs is unable to provide customers with a refund due to a change of mind.

Consumer Guarantees, Returns and Refunds

All goods purchased from Bees Party Packs come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If there is a problem with an item you have purchased from Bees Party Packs you can return it to us.

To return your order, please contact us.

After receiving your faulty item, please contact us within 48hrs with a photograph and Bees Party Packs will assess the fault and will offer a full refund or replacement if there is major problem with the item. We may offer a repair or replacement if the problem is not major.

You must provide us with your proof of purchase (e.g. your online tax invoice, credit card or bank statements). Any refund will be provided via the same method of payment as the original purchase.

Please note that Bees Party Packs is not responsible for any postage costs associated with returned goods, except in cases where the items have been recalled or you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.

To assist us in resolving any problems you may experience, please inspect the goods upon taking delivery and report any shortage, discrepancy, defect, wrong specification or similar problem to us within 48hours with a photo.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual properties created by Bees Party Packs are owned by Bees Party Packs. Any use of another party's existing intellectual property will be subject to a separate licensing agreement.

Privacy Policy

In order to process your order Bees Party Packs will collect your personal information. All personal information will be managed in accordance with our privacy policy which can be viewed here.

By placing an order with us, you consent to us providing your name, contact details and delivery address to third parties (including our suppliers or delivery contractors) to fulfil and deliver your order.

Inconsistency in Terms and Conditions

In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any other terms and conditions, document or policy, these terms will take precedence.

Bees Party Packs reserves the rights to change these Terms without prior notice.
